Terms & Conditions — 88 fd Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88 fd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://88-fd.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting market, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and should close your browser immediately.

88 fd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. • You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.

88 fd takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you will be required to submit government-issued identification documents confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any other recognised government authority.

Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible, subject to deduction of any amounts already wagered. 88 fd will not be liable for any losses incurred by a minor who has misrepresented their age during registration.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must not use a pseudonym, false name, or another person's identity during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88 fd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available via your account security settings. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while someone else is logged in using your credentials with or without your permission — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to our support team.

3.3 KYC Verification

88 fd operates a standard Know Your Customer verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Prior to processing your first withdrawal
• When your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold
• At any time when our compliance team reasonably requests it

Accepted KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Where a duplicate account is discovered, all associated accounts may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

88 fd supports a range of local payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, enabling players to deposit and withdraw funds quickly, securely, and at low cost. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the limits and conditions set out in this section.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes on average during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents submitted are insufficient
• Active bonus funds are subject to unmet wagering requirements
• The compliance team has flagged the account for review under anti-money laundering procedures
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the player's verified source of funds declaration
• A chargeback or payment dispute is active on the account

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this section, the offer-specific terms shall apply.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

88 fd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without meaningful play risk, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched betting, and providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 88 fd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the offending account. Legitimate winnings from real-money wagers made prior to the identification of abuse will not be affected.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued in the form of bonus funds and do not have independent cash value until wagering requirements are met
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited unless a different expiry period is stated in the offer terms
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at any time unless the offer terms explicitly permit stacking
• 88 fd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time
• Players who have set deposit limits or are in self-exclusion will not receive promotional bonus communications

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players, 88 fd prohibits the following conduct. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or perform any action on the platform that would otherwise be performed manually by a human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in line with our legal obligations.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 88 fd support team or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform or any game hosted on it.

88 fd uses real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detected violations are investigated thoroughly before any account action is taken. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may appeal the decision by contacting support@88-fd.app within 30 days of the account action.

All content published on the 88 fd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is either the property of 88 fd or is licensed to 88 fd by its respective third-party owners, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88 fd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or maintenance windows
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or game outcomes provided on the platform
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, game studios, or network providers beyond 88 fd's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits 88 fd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88 fd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the platform or these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Disputes regarding specific transactions or account actions may be raised with our support team at support@88-fd.app within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. 88 fd is committed to resolving all player disputes in a transparent and reasonable manner.
